As Director of Government Affairs, Gracie works full-time at the Iowa statehouse during the legislative session, advocating for our clients’ interests.  She also coordinates grassroots engagement, coalition building and political action fundraising.

​

Prior to joining PolicyWorks, Gracie worked at State Public Policy Group managing advocacy and outreach, professional development, and stakeholder engagement for clients. In addition, Gracie has worked on several state and national political campaigns where she developed constituency outreach and advocacy programming, training, and performance benchmarks for advocacy.

Gracie previously served as President of the College and Young Democrats of Iowa and on the College Democrats of America’s executive board.

Gracie received her B.A. in economics with honors from Grinnell College in Iowa.
