McKinley began her journey with PolicyWorks in 2021 as Social Media Coordinator. Over the past three years, McKinley has demonstrated strong dedication to her work and progressed into other roles, including Creative Coordinator and her most recent role as Creative Specialist.
In her new capacity, McKinley will persist in orchestrating and implementing creative campaigns and strategies for clients. Additionally, she will play a key role in supporting the public affairs team by contributing to business development strategy.
